Return Policy

Standard items, including Outdoor Furniture, may be returned within ten days via common carrier at the customer’s expense. When the items are returned to our warehouse in good condition, a refund (excluding shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee) will be issued.

Exceptions to our Return Policy

  • Shipping damage. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you on repair or replacement of the piece at no additional cost.
  • Defects in material or workmanship are covered by our warranty page.
  • Any furniture that is not able to fit into your home, up stairways, or in desired room is non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items can fit in their home. Please note all items on our site are listed with the largest outside dimensions unless otherwise noted.
  • Customized furniture is not returnable. This includes any and all furniture that is altered from the standard size and design.
  • Specialty finishes or stain matched items are not returnable.
