Standard items, including Outdoor Furniture, may be returned within ten days via common carrier at the customer’s expense. When the items are returned to our warehouse in good condition, a refund (excluding shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee) will be issued.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
- Shipping damage. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you on repair or replacement of the piece at no additional cost.
- Defects in material or workmanship are covered by our warranty page.
- Any furniture that is not able to fit into your home, up stairways, or in desired room is non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items can fit in their home. Please note all items on our site are listed with the largest outside dimensions unless otherwise noted.
- Customized furniture is not returnable. This includes any and all furniture that is altered from the standard size and design.
- Specialty finishes or stain matched items are not returnable.
