- Browse our extensive collection of made in the USA products and select the pieces with options you wish to order. You choose wood type, stain color, upholstery, and size.
- Once you have added the perfect pieces to your cart, review your selections and add any comments. Fill out the Customer Information Form and click “Submit Quote Request”. Outdoor Furniture has its own order site and can be ordered directly without speaking to a sales person.
- You will then be contacted by one of our Sales Consultants to answer any questions and provide a full price quote including discounts and shipping cost.

Most of our furniture is delivered blanket wrapped by professional delivery companies. We partner with several Third-Party delivery companies that cover most of the Continental US. These professionals are well schooled in the handling and assembly of your Amish furniture.
All furniture should be inspected at time of delivery. Should you find that an item was damaged in shipping or defective in any way, we will, at our discretion, have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
*Standard Residential Curbside Delivery is $249 and available to most zip codes in the contiguous United States. Your items will be delivered as close as possible to your home and unloaded from the truck. You are responsible for moving the furniture inside and all required assembly.
White Glove In-home Delivery is available for an additional $199. White Glove In-home Delivery includes the delivery company bringing your furniture into your home, placing it in the room of your choice, and fully assembling all pieces. We do not assemble baby cribs or furniture that must be mounted to the wall such as Murphy beds.
Your order may be picked up in person at our warehouse located in Smithville, Ohio if you prefer. Please bring a suitable vehicle and furniture blankets or wrapping material. Our furniture is not boxed or packaged in the warehouse.
If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duty/customs fees.

Amish Outlet Store is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to most states.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover cards. You may also arrange payment via personal or certified check. Checks should be made payable to Amish Outlet Store. Our mailing address is Amish Outlet Store, P.O. Box 396, Smithville, Ohio 44677. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us for payment options. (We cannot accept a personal check from another country).
A 50% down payment is required to start your order over $1,000. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the furniture. Once the balance is paid in full, your order will be released to the shipping company. All orders under $1,000 must be paid in full at time of purchase. Please note that if you mail a personal check for your balance payment, it must clear our bank before your order can be delivered. This can take up to one week.
Standard items, including Outdoor Furniture, may be returned within ten days of receiving your order via common carrier at the customer’s expense. When the items are returned to our warehouse in good condition, a refund (excluding shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee) will be issued.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
- Shipping damage. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you on repair or replacement of the piece at no additional cost.
- Defects in material or workmanship are covered by our warranty listed below.
- Any furniture that is not able to fit into your home, up stairways, or in desired room is non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure items can fit in their home. Please note all items on our site are listed with the largest outside dimensions unless otherwise noted.
- Customized furniture is not returnable. This includes any and all furniture that is altered from the standard size and design.
- Specialty finishes or stain matched items are not returnable.
Every piece of furniture we sell comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. You can be sure that these items will out-last any one of us which means that we guarantee the quality is not just good, but great! Should you find a defect in any way throughout the first year, simply contact Amish Outlet Store and we will have the items repaired or replaced at our discretion with no charge to you. We may request pictures of the damage or defect so we can access next steps in correcting the issue. Unnatural use or misuse of any item is not covered under our warranty.
The warranty on all unfinished items is 30 days.
Wood is a natural product and most hardwoods have open grain, which allows the boards to expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. Even solid furniture with protective finishes can experience movement from time to time. This can be especially noticeable in plank-top tables with breadboard ends.
Breadboard ends do not expand/contract in the same direction of the main planks due to the grains running in opposite directions. This could create an offset between the planks and the ends. This is not something to be alarmed over, as you may see the table go through the expanding/contracting cycle as the seasons change. This is not a defect in the material or an issue with the workmanship; it is the result of the natural movement of the wood. We request that you keep your humidity between 35-45% to minimize these effects.
With this in mind, breadboard-end items cannot be returned due to expanding/contracting.
Your order can be cancelled on the same day the order was placed at no charge. You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order for a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if construction has been started, or the items are completed, a refund may not be issued.
Your solid wood Amish made furniture is made to order. Lead times vary from 2-6 months and will be given at the time of order placement. Time frames are only an estimate and are not guaranteed in any way. We do our best to meet the estimated dates, but at times, conditions beyond our control can occur.
Amish Outlet Store prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are only applicable in the U.S. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We offer a wide variety of stain, fabric, and leather choices. You can view these by clicking on “View Stain Samples” or “View Fabric Samples” on the item page of our site. We recommend, however, requesting stain or upholstery samples when you order to help determine your choice. Up to 4 stain samples can be sent to you free of charge once your order is started. We do request all samples be returned.
If you would like stain samples prior to placing an order, we charge a $30.00 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your order once the samples are returned. You will not receive a refund if an order is not placed.
Fabric and leather samples can only be sent once an order has been placed. Ask your sales associate for more details. Our leather is the finest full top grain available, although you may see healed scars and markings which is natural. These hides are not coated and/or corrected. We offer Faux leather for the same price as fabric; see our fabric list.
Our standard stain is Ohio Certified Stain or OCS. Amish Outlet Store offers many color options that can be viewed at this link: https://www.amishoutletstore.com/customer-service/stain-colors/, After the staining process, our products are finished with “Wood-Var” catalyzed conversion varnish which has a satin sheen. This premium grade finish is an environmentally friendly, California compliant product that is tough and resistant to scratches and spills.
Control the Environment
Your furniture responds to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting slightly. You must keep the indoor humidity in the 35-45% range and the temperature in the 60 to 80 degrees range year-round. Keep furniture away from direct sources of heating and cooling. Avoid storing furniture in an attic or cellar-type environment. Inexpensive humidity gauges can be purchased at your local hardware store.
